KYO is lead by Head Chef Arturo Mendez, who has mastered the fine art of Japanese cooking and brings over 15 years of experience. Characterised by eclectic cooking techniques and unique use of flavours, the KYO menu features Japanese delicacies, showcasing the finest contemporary cuisine, from raw-fish delicacies to classic Teppanyakis.

Fact recently visited to sample the menu, which offers an expansive selection, including starters of Ebi No Gyoza, Fatty Tuna Tartar and Japanese Crispy Tacos. The KYO experience is one that blends sophistication with high-quality produce and a flair for presentation.
