Dubai's culinary landscape is constantly evolving, with new restaurants opening up across the city in the blink of an eye. Among the latest additions is Andaliman. Nestled in One&Only One Za'abeel, the restaurant offers irresistible Indonesian cuisine.

As you step into Andaliman, you'll find yourself immersed in the rich landscapes of Indonesia. The restaurant's interiors, adorned with rope trellises, raw stone, and teak furniture, exude elegance and sophistication. With its emerald tiles, the central bar invites guests to linger for a pre or post-dinner drink. The outdoor terrace offers breathtaking views of the Dubai skyline and swimming pools, which resemble Balinese rice terraces.

Andaliman

Andaliman is named after the popular Indonesian pepper. Led by Indonesian Chef de Cuisine Ismawan Dzabir, the culinary team showcases their expertise through a menu that features authentic dishes infused with modern twists.

Begin your memorable meal with the Sambal Story experience a homage to Indonesia's beloved chilli pastes. Indulge in appetisers like the Asinan Pindang and the Perkedel Tuna & Crab. For the main course, savour slow-cooked delicacies such as Beef Rendang, Soup Buntut, Ikan Bakar Sambal Matah, and the Bebek Andaliman. Through an open kitchen, complete with a coconut husk grill and classic wok units, you can witness sambal experts craft chilli pastes tailored to your preferences adding a theatrical element to your dining experience. Complement your meal with cocktails inspired by Indonesian flavours, such as the Java Dream and Sumatra Fizz.
