Mocktail fans, we have some tasty news for you. Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Centre in Al Olaya is set to welcome a new bar, Tonic Bar. Specialising in handcrafted mocktails, the opening date has yet to be announced.
Tonic Bar in Riyadh will bring together expert mixologists, and the aim is to create flavour combinations that awaken the senses. So far, the menu has not yet been revealed, but we know that it will be meticulously crafted. The only images so far reveals a bottle of non-alcoholic Sei Bellissimi RossiNo being poured into a glass.
When Tonic Bar in Riyadh opens, it will count a range of exciting food and beverage options as its neighbour at Four Seasons Riyadh. The most recent addition is Pierre Hermé Patisserie, which has made its way from Paris to Riyadh. Check out the enchanting array of confectionery, from Plaisir Sucre dacquoise biscuits to nori seaweed-infused macaron.
Elements Artisinal Bakery offers freshly baked goods, which are made from organic flour and grain. Obaya Lounge has an unlikely inspiration: King Abdulaziz’s Arabian horse. The restaurant fuses together traditional Saudi Araban hospitality with a luxurious setting. The Grill serves fresh seafood and meat, which is prepared in a semi-open kitchen.
Daniel Boulud’s Café Boulud is scheduled to open in September and drawing inspiration from his grandmother’s cooking, it promises a fine dining experience. In previous versions of the restaurant, there is a range of signature dishes including Canard Rotisserie with duck, plums and salad; Tartare De Boeuf with beef tartare, quail egg and toasted baguette; Octopus with red Thai curry sauce and coconut; and Warm Madeleines.
Four Seasons Riyadh is located in the Kingdom Tower and has become an iconic landmark in itself. Perched between the 30th and 50th floors, it offers a spectacular view of the city and is home to 274 rooms and suites.
