K-pop Festival is coming to Jeddah Season

The line-up includes South Korean superstars.

Jeddah Season is the festival that keeps on giving. There have been pop-up restaurants, world-class concerts and Stan Lee’s Super Con. We are excited at the latest announcement: K-pop superstars are coming to the city for Jeddah K-pop Festival.

The Jeddah Season K-pop festival takes place at the Jeddah Superdome. The musical extravaganza begins with Ateez and Epex performing on 30 June, then continues with CIX, Everglow and Victon on 1 July. The K-pop festival closes with Monsta X on 2 July.

Here is your chance to see some of the biggest K-pop names. This will help give you some idea of these K-pop stars’ popularity: Ateez are a boy band consisting of eight members, and they have more than 370 million views on YouTube; and Cix are a boy band with five members, and a whopping 1.3 million followers on Instagram.

Whether it’s K-pop or kimchi, Saudi Arabians are big fans of Korean culture. In fact, the A-listers of the K-pop world, BTS, have previously performed in the kingdom. BTS were not only the first-ever K-pop group to play in Saudi Arabia, but the first foreign artists to play a solo stadium show in the country.

As Jeddah Season comes to a close at the end of June, this is your last chance to make the most of the festival. Ticket holders must be aged eight years or older, and if you are under 18 years old, you must be accompanied by a guardian. Tickets are on sale and start from SAR 230 for a general admission, and SAR 575 for VIP tickets and SAR 2,00 for SuperFan passed that cover two or three days.
